Anthem Data Breach Class Action Settlement

Credit Monitoring Services

A Class Action Settlement has been preliminarily approved by the Court in litigation against Anthem, Inc. and other Defendants relating to the Data Breach that Anthem announced in February 2015. After the Class Action Settlement becomes final, Experian will provide Credit Monitoring Services to Settlement Class Members who file a claim by January 29, 2018, and Fraud Resolution Services to all Settlement Class Members who request such services. You are a Settlement Class Member if you were sent a notice about the Data Breach, and/or your personal information was taken during the Data Breach. To learn more about the Settlement, go to www.DataBreach-Settlement.com.

No Fraud Resolution Services or Credit Monitoring Services are available at this time. Those services will only be available after the Class Action Settlement becomes final. The earliest this could happen is March 5, 2018. You can check www.DataBreach-Settlement.com after March 5, 2018, to find out if the Settlement is final.

If you file a valid claim for Credit Monitoring Services, then the Settlement Administrator will email or mail you instructions on how to activate the Credit Monitoring Services, but only after the Settlement becomes final.
